Supporting those who support others

Practical tools for the work around every appointment and support session.

Support behind the support

Keystone is being developed for independent support workers and small allied health practices to manage client notes, records and everyday administration.

Its aim is to make the work around a session easier, while keeping the person receiving support at the centre.

Currently in development

Keystone is not yet available to download. Planned features, supported connections and availability will be confirmed before release.

Behind the name

An important role in a wider system

As a parent of children with different disability support needs, I have seen the difference support workers and allied health professionals can make. I have also seen how much work happens around every appointment and support session.

Kara Noakes - Founder

The name Keystone was inspired by the idea of a keystone species. It is Kara’s personal metaphor for the vital roles support workers and allied health professionals play in the wider community, supporting individuals, families and the connections around them.

I am concerned about paperwork spilling into unpaid time after hours and the pressure this adds to demanding work. I believe easier-to-use tools could give people some time back and help reduce that pressure.

Keystone aims to make everyday administration easier. The aim is to ease the paperwork that follows people home and give them more time for themselves, their families and the work they care about.
